Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom and personal nature of my handmade artisan accessories, all sales are final.

For reasons of hygiene and for the protection of all involved, returns of hair & jewelry adornments are not accepted.

If an item is damaged as a result of design or delivery, customers must please contact me with their concerns.

Email within 7 days of purchase (if in person), or of receiving (via shipping). Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Under special circumstances an exchange may be established.

Once an exchange has been established by Clay Vessel Creations, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Items mailed back for an exchange must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Clay Vessel Creations reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can correct the issue ASAP.

Please note, items are unique in design and really, no two items are exactly alike. When doing an exchange, I will try my best, but I can not always replace them with the exact pattern or hue. Please be assured, I will do my very best! 

Shipping Information

How long before the order is shipped?  I package your order & ship within 2 to 4 days of receiving your order. 

Do you ship outside of Canada?  Yes, I do! Canada, USA, Internationally.

Shipping time frame?  I can not guarantee shipping times. Could be anywhere from 3 days to more than 2 weeks (if you are outside of North America).

My package is lost or damaged, who do I contact?  I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once your order has been handed over to the post office.

Please contact your local postal service to resolve these issues. Notify me of any issues, & I will try to help if I can.


Post office states your item has been delivered, but you have not received it. Even with items with tracking numbers, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local postal service to resolve this issue.

Items sent to wrong address. Please double check your address before finishing your order. I will ship to the address that you used during checkout. If you need to make any changes to your order please let me know A.S.A.P. 

However if I have already posted your order, and your package had an incorrect address, once it is returned I can ship it back to you, at your expense.
